Screen Printing for Bulk Apparel Orders

Screen printing is the gold standard for apparel printing. Famous for its durability and vibrant colors, it's the perfect technique for large orders of t-shirts, team uniforms, and brand merchandise.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is a traditional method where ink is pushed through a tensioned mesh screen onto a garment. A separate screen is created for each color in the design. This ink layer is then cured with heat, creating an incredibly durable and vibrant design that bonds with the fabric.

Frequently Asked Questions about Screen Printing

What is the minimum order for screen printing?

Due to the setup cost and time for creating screens, our minimum order for screen printing is generally 24 pieces per design. For smaller orders, we highly recommend our DTF Printing service.

How does the number of colors affect the price?

In screen printing, every color in your design requires its own separate screen. The primary cost is based on the number of screens (colors) and the quantity of garments. Fewer colors and more garments equal a lower cost per item.

Screen Printing or DTF? Which is better?

It depends on your project.
Choose Screen Printing if: You have a large order (24+ items) and a design with 1-4 solid colors.
Choose DTF if: You have a small order (under 24 items) OR a design with many colors (photos, gradients).
